Passengers are responsible for any mess inside or outside the vehicle, such as vomiting or food spills. Drivers can charge up to £70 for cleaning if the vehicle needs to be taken out of service.

When you choose to travel with us, we will take care of all your travel-related needs. If your flight is diverted to another airport, please inform us immediately via call or email. To avoid mishaps and inconveniences, please keep us updated so we can make necessary adjustments on time. In case of flight deferral, provide the new flight number.
